Hi guys,

I have a DNA 200 with a built in 1200mAh LiPo that won't charge, nor will it register on a PC once plugged in to connect to eScribe. I have swopped out cables, but to no avail. My other DNA 200 mod charges and registers just fine - so there's definitely something faulty with either the battery or the USB port itself. Anyone out there willing to take a look at it for me? Please drop me a message, as I'm desperate to bring her back to life.

Thanks in advance!

Are the lipo's soldered onto the pcb or plugged in?
Thinking that you could maybe swop batts over.
In all likelyhood its the usb controller chip that has popped, hence no charge and no pc ID'ing, pretty much a lost cause. :(

9/10 its a dry joint/s on the usb port - ask any techie with soldering skills to reflow the usb port soldering joints for you.

Awesome, @blujeenz and @johan you guys rock! Thank you so much for taking the time to respond and for your valuable insight. I am going to hunt down a local hobby shop/electronics store to try swop out the battery and to check the USB soldering ports. Thanks again!
I have had a similar problem with my h-cigar VT 200,so I swapped out the battery to no avail unfortunately. It was then suggested that I try a hard reboot on escribe but I don't have Windows so I'm hoping to fit a new laptop into the budget.Until then it just stares at me from my vape stand.Oh well.Hope you get yours sorted.
