I so want the guardian 111 but don't want to use smok tank. Would my Griffin fit?

I don't see why it won't work, the pipe uses a standard 510 connection so any tank should work on it.

Yup but it could be a bit top heavy.

It's got a unique 510 shape, 22mm atty will fit but it has about a mm of gap around it with a beveled edge.

My guess is that a bigger atty (bigger than 22mm) won't sit 100% flush

Not even the tfv4 has an overhang on it! They will all work. The I Just 2 seems a bit long but still doable. The supplied tank is quite heavy so don't think that you will have an issue with weight.
The mod itself is super light.
