You really dont need a kit.

Get a kitchen scale that reads 2 decimal places, 3 syringes and large gauge needles, a few empty bottles. PG, VG, Nicotine (PG if your starting).

You do not even need a scale! Just use syringes with 15G needles, that will save you quite a bit of $$$ upfront.

I would recommend you buy your flavour concentrates according to a recipe, good well known recipes.
Bronuts is an easy recipe to follow, cheap to make and sooo darn tasty!!
