He makes some valid points but then he's also guilty of the exact thing that he accuses others of - making up science to suit himself.

But in America, we have people dying from vaping, right? Yes, there have been deaths. But these deaths are linked to illegal THC carts which are being used on, yep, you guessed it, JUUL devices. Now, I’m not saying JUUL is involved in this particular fiasco, but I am concerned that JUUL willingly shipped over 1 million dodgy JUUL pods to its customers.

Could these out of date JUUL pods have caused any of these lung-related issues we’re seeing in the US? Possibly. I mean, we have sell-by dates for reason, right? If something is past its sell-by date, you don’t sell it.

When was the age of juice EVER cited as a safety factor by ANYBODY in the THC lung illness fiasco? What would his reaction be if the FDA warned consumers not to vape old juice because it could make them ill or even kill them? He'd be shrieking blue murder about how it's junk science and there is no evidence for it. Yet he is quite happy to make the claim when it suits him to do so. Sure, he's not stating it as fact, just musing that it might be possible. But he knows darn well that it isn't.
