Italian squonk Bottles.

Hi Guys. I recently notice some leaking in my Tmod and then the Leprechaun squonker. Both have the soft Italian bottles fitted. I noticed the leaking on top where the tube exits the top cap. I replaced both bottles with standard Reo one's. Am I doing something wrong?

I normally make my bottles 3/4 full.

Is the bottom part of the tube cut flat or in an angle / single fork shape?

Under pressure the liq will find the easiest way to escape. So it could be worn out tubing or the bottom end needs to be cut at an angle

The only time I get leaking from the Italian Bottles are when I haven't seated the cap properly and that is quite easy to do...

I think my problem is the tubes is not cut at an angle. I will give it a go. You Rock!!

Also try putting the cap on and turning opposite directing of tightening until the cap sits parallel to the bottle. the threading is a little finicky.

I had the leaking issue initially as well.

Tighten well even though it seems to be tight.
