new guy with a 2 cheap china ego batteries and ce4 and 5 clearomizers. (all hand me downs) looking for a good quality rebuildable tank atomizer and perhaps a decent battery.

even if its old and scuffed up. im more for functionality than looks
seeing some on here for R100-R150 bucks or so but most have already been reserved. plus dont know what good quality battery/mod will go for(2nd hand) basically i can spend about R350-R500 on a setup? if anyone has something old they wanna get rid of?
perfect setup would be
*rebuildable tank atomizer
plus
*medium sized tube like mech/electronic mod with battery (box mod is 2 big and ego size stuff 2 small)
