Aesthetics and Ergonomics
I would desrcibe the Sirius as average size and weight for a duel battery device. The device has a very retro look to it and reminds me of a micro cassette player, so much so that i'm pretty sure they must of had this in mind while designing the device. The whole device is black apart from the front plate and function buttons which are the colour of choice, i received the Light Green but it's also available in Grey, Gold, Sapphire Blue and Red. The top left of the front is where the 0.91 OLED colour screen is situated and below this we have the +, - and M buttons. To the right of these buttons we have the micro USB port and "SIRIUS" printed in white, top right we have a small venting hole and battery charging light, finally on the front far right where the front meets the side of the device we have a venting grill. Both sides and back of the device are entirely black and featureless apart from the side we have the fire button, this side has a large, round fire button at the top which is curved to match the contour of the device. The area all around the fire button is raised with the rest of the side being indented making the device very comfortable to hold and fire. The bottom of the device is the battery latch door which has branding and safety stamps. The top of the device is very nice with a tab to one side which would allow for a lanyard but i like it simply has an aesthetic feature, the other side houses the 510 plate with brass, nickel plated, spring loaded 510. The Aesthetics and build quality of the Sirius are first class in my opinion and has no button or battery rattle whatsoever.

Using the Sirius
The battery latch door needs to be slid forwards slightly then it springs open, i must say the latch door is very good and has a nice strong spring, also orientation is marked inside and out. The device is powered on but locked as soon as batteries are fitted, 5 clicks unlocks and locks the device and the device won't fire while locked. The device can't actually be fully turned off but only locked which then puts it into standby mode, it also automatically locks after approx 20 mins of inactivity which will be liked by some but others will find annoying so i will not put this feature in the pros or cons as it can be viewed either way. The device has been designed to be very user friendly with the screen layout clear and all information needed displayed clearly. At the top of the screen we have the mode the device is in and underneath this we have the wattage when it is in power mode, temp when using temp control or voltage when in bypass mode. Underneath this we have the voltage displayed which changes to wattage when in both temp control and bypass mode. This is followed by the resistance and puffs displayed side by side, next we have setting followed by 2 battery status bars. Most things are just altered on the main screen with setting just bringing up a small sub menu with a few other features. The device is navigated around by using the + and - buttons and select button (which is labelled "M" for mode, but actually is select), as you move around the screen items are highlighted, pressing the select button while highlighted changes the item to red which now allows you to alter the selected item using the + and - buttons. The Mode options are Power, Ni, Ti, SS, TCR and Bypass, when a temp control wire is selected as already mentioned both the temp and wattage are displayed on the screen and can be easily altered. When altering the wattage in temp control you can only adjust it up to 100W and then it goes into another feature called auto wattage where the device works out the correct wattage for the temperature chosen. Scrolling down and selecting Setting brings up a little sub-menu which has options to re-sample the resistance, reset the puff counter and enter TCR values, and that's it, a very simple user friendly interface which has all the features you need but the device would be even better with a curves feature.
Performance
I really did enjoy using the device and still have it out as one of the three devices i am currently using, the fire button has a really nice feel to it and the device fires instantly, it also hits hard. A reason for the device hitting hard is because i's not perfectly accurate but actually slightly overpowered from 7 watts right up to the fact that the device actually produces slightly more than 200W at the top end. I have seen the charts and although i don't vape in temp control the device has very impressive temp control data, so all good there. Because of the way the top of the device tapers down to the sides any tank over 26mm will have a gap but up to 28mm will fit without overhanging the actual device and in my opinion looks fine. As always i tried different tanks at various wattage's including the Berserker mini to see if the device was quiet at lower wattage and it indeed was. The Sirius also discharges the batteries lower than most devices giving the device excellent battery life, the device has balanced charging and is fully firmware upgradable.
Conclusion
The Modefined devices may be lost vape's budget line but apart from not using the DNA chip the devices including the Sirius are high quality. The build quality of this device is excellent and ergonomics superb.
Pros
Excellent Build Quality
Superb Ergonomics
Unique Retro Look
High Powered
Not Underpowered
Temp Control
Auto Wattage Feature (Temp Control)
User Friendly Interface
Colour Display
Select Button
Excellent Battery Life
Balance Charging
Firmware Upgradable
Cons
Slow Scrolling on Wattage and Temp.
No Curves
Slight Gap With Tanks Over 26mm
Slightly Overpowered (not an issue with me)
