The Alphonso Mango is awesome. I have tried it in a lot of variations and found that if you mix it at a ratio 0f 60% double mango and 40 % Alphonso mango it comes together as a more realistic mango that actually makes other flavours shine together with the mango blend. I have mixed bomango ice and go check it out on ATF(Credit to thefogvlog #awesome recipe) it is a go to mango base in Malaysian mixes IMO.
