New Online Shop - E-Cig Inn

Hi there

An earlier post on our forum will reveal that we first set up our online shop on Vapedecadence.co.za. It was about 6 months later that we opened E-Cig Inn, an actual retail shop in Amanzimtoti.

Having 2 stock records did not allow for us to run online and offline seamlessly because it was possible that we would sell the last XYZ Kit to both an online and an offline customer. That would be embarrassing!

So, we now have our shop stock on Shopify which means our goods are in the cloud. This means that by using our new online shop you see the same stock we see. You buy the last XYZ Kit and our side will say ZERO stock even though we can see the item. Confidence is at a high...

The Payfast back end has been added for payment processing. Shipping is via The Courier Guy. We do not have a free shipping policy for bigger purchases but then again, we have not simply increased prices to offset this cost. We do have some pretty good prices as it is.

We do have a loyalty program in place which rewards purchases at 2% plus you get welcome points, birthday points, and anniversary points.

We are new to Shopify but we have been going for over 4 years.

EDIT #2: I'm really impressed with your website @BigB! You've got juice which I've never heard of and what I really like is that some juice is available in 30ml. So many vendors nowadays stock only big bottles and one doesn't always want to buy a 60ml - particularly if it's the first time that one is trying that particular juice.
