Are these guys SA based? Dam good price, although already ordered one. Just curious if they SA based cause can't seem to find any info?

Only concern is shipping if it isn't SA based.

Had one in my fast tech cart for this price but it's been re stocking for a month and got fed up just canceled it and purchased locally
