Hey Everybody!

How's it going? I'm fairly new to vaping, been doing it for almost a month now, and this past week I started to have some stomach issues (loss of appetite, some nausea, stomach pains, etc.). I've read some things on these forums that the PG could be causing some of the stomach distress and that people that had stomach issues with the PG felt completely fine after they switched to 100% VG liquid. However, I've also seen some people post saying that the 100% VG liquid gave them some gnarly stomach issues as well, so just feeling confused now. I've vaped a very small amount the past couple days (maybe about 5 hits per day) and I'm feeling a lil bit better. I also vape at 12mg, which seems to be a fairly small amount so I'm not sure if that's the issue. I've ordered a couple of 15ml bottles from insharevape.com of the 100% VG to give it a try, but if it was the PG that was causing the
problem will the VG also give me stomach problems? Just thought I would post this to see what people thought. I hope to hear from ya'll soon and have a good one!

From what I have read the following have come to light:

1) Very few people have a PG allergy and even fewer people have a VG and I have not come across a case where someone had an allergy to both PG and VG

2) Too high of an intake in nic can also cause the same symptoms.

So if I may offer advice (I am by no means an expert) I would say try dropping your nic first and see if it is not Nic overdosing

If that does not change anything then switch to VG

Best way IMHO is process of elimination to solve these types of issues.

BhavZ, Thank you for your reply and suggest. I will try to do that.

I prefer MAX VG - Nice clouds ;)
My wife is hyper allergic to PG and gets cough fits and sore throat from even minute amounts of PG in any juice.
So she can only use Vapormountain juice or Mount Baker Vapor juice imported from USA.
