RESOLVED: Just got through on the phone. They will be sending me a new spool on Monday :)

Hi @Vape Hyper,

I placed an online order yesterday (VH3655) that included the following:
UD Nichrome Wire 30ft × 2
24g

I unfortunately only received a single spool of wire with my order today.

Please advise on how best to proceed?

Why not contact them directly?
I've mailed but didn't get a response. I phoned but nobody is answering. I thought I'd come ask here.
It is a shared order and I'd like to be able to give the affected party the necessary feedback.
