I am right handed, but almost always use my left hand for vaping
Probably because i am writing with my right hand or using the mouse at the computer

I am also right handed but after your question realise most of my vaping is left handed.

I am 33% vaping left handed though right handed. That is probably why my Coppervape mech squonkers are in permanent use. Fully ambidextrous design.

It has been a split between both, but I think lefty mostly. As long as I don’t carry mods around in my left hand. I am usually using my right hand for mouse and writing.

Quite a lot of mods are usable in both hands. I have never considered it an issue when buying new mods. I think that left-handers are used to adapting. When I started playing golf none of my friends had left-hand clubs. I simply started playing right-handed golf. When I bought my first clubs I bought right-handed because they were what I was used to. As a kid, I batted right and bowled left.

I am a leftie and use my left hand to Vape. Feels awkward to hold anything in my right hand except a pair of scissors.

It depends on what I'm doing.

If I'm on the computer, I vape with my right hand, because I use the mouse with my left hand (I'm right-handed but left-moused!)

If I'm out and about having a coffee, I vape with my left hand, so as to hold the coffee with my right.

At other times (are there any besides the computer and coffee lol?) I vape with my right hand.

Ambidextrous although I am right handed do things left handed and have also wondered if there are specially left handed mods cause its sometimes uncomfortable vaping with the right hand.the cue is free hand mostly and comes in close to the top due to that

I am right handed but when i was asked to review the mag i requested the left handed one as i probably only vape right handed 20% of the time. I think it goes for everyone that most of the time when they vape they will be typing, writing, carrying shopping or doing something which they naturally do with their strong hand so most people vape most of the time with the weakest hand.

A bit of both, depending on where I am.
Outside at work for a 'smoke break', the phone is in the left hand checking the forum so mod is obviously in the right hand.
At home on the PC, mouse occupies the right, so mod is left.
While driving, it swops between hands almost as frequently as teenagers change clothes.

My vape is usually in my left hand. When I'm outside the phone is in my right hand driving my right hand secures the steering wheel while the left handles the vape, gears and radio.

The main time I vape with my right hand is when I have a warm beverage. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate can only be drunk from the left hand and the phone can only be operated by the right hand, leading to an awkward ballet moving the phone and vape into and out of hoodie pockets.

Right now the vape is in my left hand, phone in the right. Swops around when i have coffee. Vape mostly right handed, even when driving. So to me it's either or neither nor, depends mostly on what is in the other hand...
