Unboxing
The kit is neatly and securely packaged in a purple colored single level cardboard box with a printed picture of the pen style pod kit and the VAPORESSO Logo in silver on the white band on the front, and information regarding the content of the kit and product specifications on the back. A plastic insert holds the mod and the pre-installed 1.3 Ohm CCELL pod in place. Packed under a cardboard divider in the bottom of the box you will find the additional 0.6 Ohm mesh pod in a foil sealed plastic holder, together with the USB charger, refill bottle as well as the information booklets, keeping everything safe and ensuring that it does not move around during transportation.
The Pod kit I received was in a blue to purple glitter transitioning finish called “Phantom” with the 2 pods in different resistances.

The VAPPORESSO PodStick is an extremely lightweight pen style mod with a PCGT Pod that slots into the angled top of the mod. The mod itself is manufactured from aluminum and the gloss color finish is really smooth, suggesting that it was going to show fingerprints clearly, but my fears were proven wrong. The overall fit of the separate components upon assembly point to a quality manufactured product. The 5 battery level display lights with the firing button situated above that is situated on the flat side of the mod. The USB charging port is situated on the bottom of the Mod.

Opinion, likes and dislikes
The PodStick is a basic and easy to use system with no frills, fits easily into the hand, and really does a good job when it comes to actually vaping on it. The 6 color schemes it comes in also provides you with a choice to suit your individual taste and preference. The colors available are:
The PodStick is extremely light in weight, easy to use and with the 2 different pods really gives you the option of a quite tight MTL draw with the 1.3 Ohm CCELL Pod, which is specifically optimized for this, or a very acceptable DL draw on the 0.6 Ohm Meshed Pod. Changing between power settings is also very easy, 3 clicks is all that is needed. The battery life was surprisingly good for such a small battery, taking into account it was mostly used in the lowest red power mode, or the medium blue power mode. This device was once again used in conjunction with my normal rotation of daily mods, so you may have to charge it again during the day depending on your usage, but it has a very short charging time.
The fact that this this system uses disposable pods makes it extremely convenient. You just fill a Pod, slot into the mod, and off you go. Although the CCELL MTL Pod had very muted flavor initially, this improved with use, while the Meshed Pod delivered good flavor virtually from the start. Surprisingly I ended up enjoying the CCELL MTL Pod the most. It is advised by the manufacturer that the Pods be replaced after 5 refills. To refill the Pod the top slides open, and this exposes a top fill depressible plunger type refill port, and this is where the inclusion of a refill bottle soon became apparent. Due to the action of depressing while filling its size is perfect for one handed use to achieve this. Once lifted the plunger rises up and effectively seals the juice in the Pod. Juice consumption was surprisingly low especially on the MTL Pod, and both pods were tested with 50% VG / 50% PG MTL juice.
Overall, my impression of the PodStick is that it is a great little device. Its choice of MTL or DL Pods, ease of use and easy setting options make this a great kit for beginners, but it will also fit perfectly for more experienced vapers wanting convenience in a small and lightweight package.
A sincere thank you to @Vaporesso for supplying the VAPORESSO Podstick Kit for review and for giving me the opportunity to do a review on it.
