Hi

Was wondering if anyone out there are able to fix or replace the 510 connection in a Rx200s. Mine seem have been pushed down all the way and got stuck due to atomizers with very long 510pins.

Thanks

The first thing to do is to try and scratch out some of the plastic around the pin, then using a small screwdriver/blade/whatever try and pop it up, this might work if the spring has just gotten pinched. If it wont release or comes up and drops again, spring is crushed and you will have to order a new 510 and replace. However from what I've seen it takes a lot of disassembly, and some people even have to cut out parts of the body to get it to fit properly.

Thanks for the advice. I do manage to push the entire connection with the plastic up again by opening it but i cant completely take it apart coz theres wires and stuff in the way. But the pin still stuck in the plastic. To scared im gona brake it so i guess il use it like this until it completely brakes

Yeah from what I know, you will have to remove the board to get to the 510 properly / replace it.

Here is a pretty comprehensive video on what is needed to replace it.
