Hi Everyone
Today I will be giving my scrutiny on the Maxpod, by Freemax.
Thank you to the guys at Freemax, Tina and Paul.
This device is the newest mesh coil Pod system suitable for nic salts, and MTL Freebase from @FreeMax
Upon opening the box, I was greeted by a bright yellow device with smooth metallic finishings.
Taking out the device I was impressed with the weight and fit in hand. The finish screams quality.
Came with 1 x 1ohm coil and 1x 1.5ohm coil. Popped in the 1ohm and allowed to soak.
Once I took a hit, I felt bliss! As a fan of the GEMM pod system for flavor, I was really impressed by this device. This makes sense if we think of the research and development that went into this Mesh coil. From the Freemax website: “For 3 years, the Freemax technician team has been working on transplanting our mesh coil technology on pod system. We are trying to find a balance of flavor, vapor, throat hit, nicotine intake, coil life and most importantly, compatible eliquid options. And we are delighted to announce that Maxpod is able to support all sorts of eliquid categories with various VG/PG ratios in the market, both nic salt and freebase.”
The device has the usual 3 colour battery indicator. White for over 70%, blue for 31%- 69%, red for under 30%.
Coil longevity with the 1ohm was satisfactory. I prefer the 1ohm to the 1.5ohm as it is a more powerful vape, slightly more airy, and I feel the flavor is better. But this just comes down to preference.
This device has slowed my reviews down, as I have a hard time using another device. The portability, flavor and look of the device has found itself in exclusive use for a long while.
The finish on this device is really durable, I have dropped it a few times and it has not even scratched- This is probably due to the IML technology used in construction.
Pros:
I would like to thank @FreeMax and Tina for the opportunity to do this review, and include a link to the website which does a great job at graphically showcasing this device and features.

Would I recommend one? Hell yes, and lots of 1ohm replacement coils as this device delivers on flavor. If you are big on tobacco juices, the 1.5ohm coils are your go to. Am I still using this device? It is in my hand and delivering some flavorful nic salt clouds as I type this.
