2)Thru my head office.
3)The fridge retails for 45 000
4) SMEG is a high end product so they should have a warranty. I will find out for how long it's valid.

When you say you got it "Thru my head office" - does that mean you bought it?
Does your head office sell these fridges?

Do you have a receipt that you purchased it?

I am sure that if there was a warranty claim on this item they would want to see proof of purchase?

After all, this is an expensive item

They do not sell these fridges. There was a competition for my head office by coke, if the head office could increase the total groups sales for coke the head office would receive a fridge.
The target was 15% for all the stores. My store alone increased the sales by 10%. So they gave it to me.

Im assuming that the warranty would be claimed from the documentation they gave with the fridge.


Im selling it because I'm not a Springbok or rugby fan.
The price I worked out is about 30% less than the retail value.
