As I responded in a thread on the ijoy Maxo 315 t.c.mod about receiving mine only to be disappointed when I took the first vape at 30w. only to have the skin burnt off my lips,(kidding) it felt like 315w.To m.a.l.s.s. the mods chip was defective and I could only vape on 5w.So I got ready for the arduous task of contacting Gearbest for return information.The e-mails,shipping expense and general hassle of having to send it back to China.But to my surprise Gearbest responded by telling me "sorry for all the inconvenience,as a good return customer you don't have to send the mod back to us just tell us what color and we'll send a new mod to you"Needless to say I was flabbergasted. In this day and age it is so refreshing to be treated in this manner by a huge corporate entity. I 'm so used to being brushed off and getting the bare minimum. I had to share this with my forum mates and hopefully renew our faith instead of skepticism,we need more of this type of thing from mega corporate services.
