Startup setup wanted

I have just introduced myself on the introduction list and have asked the same question there. I am looking for a start up kit for now but in future i would like to have a fully customizable setup. Any help and suggestions on what is available would be welcomed. Or if you want to sell me a kit i am looking in the R1000 range for now. Juices i will buy or make separately.
