"Dark background and Light text" by Mikhail Khvoinitsky is an addon for Firefox.
Sorry, I cannot post links yet but you can search this addon.
Light weight and seamless, high customization.

I have been using it for a few years now.
The repository is on github.
So if you can code a little, then you can pretty much make it do anything you want it to do.
