I don't see a review for these guys and I must say I am really impressed.

I really appreciate good service and communication and this vendor @Pho3niX90 has been one of the best vendors to deal with.

From completing the order to the shipping I have had constant communication and responses very quick.

I will gladly continue to support this vendor going forward and has made my list of go to vendors.

Keep up the brilliant service.

Ditto what everyone said - I am very impressed with The Vape Den, constant updates and feedback on my order, plus the free cotton.
Will be on my go-to list as well.
 
I would also like to comment on the amazing service from The Vape Den.

I pre-ordered the Serpent Elevate and needed to change my delivery address a day before the time of delivery. He did it with a smile and also kept me in constant feedback with notifications.

Probably THE BEST online retailer! @Pho3niX90 doesn't just listen to feedback from the community, but actually acts on it too. Website is one of the cleanest and easiest to navigate. Offers brilliant shipping rates. Love the little Thank You mail after an order is placed.

Wait till you get the notifications at every step of your parcels progress. ;)
 
Wait until you have a problem with an item then you will see how brilliant their service is.

It's one thing to have communication throughout the delivery but after sales is just as good.

I highly recommend anyone that hasn't purchased from this vendor to give them a try.

They have set the bench mark in what I expect from a vendor.

Was just thinking... The only thing that could potentially make Vape Den any better would be the ability to laybuy. :p:rofl:
 
Just want to give a massive shout out to @Pho3niX90 for once again the amazing customer service. Placed my order on their awesome easy to use website and paid using Zapper QR scanner (man its so easy love this payment method. Lightning fast). And within 2 minutes i got my shipping confirmation email.

Keep up the amazing work as The Vape Den will just go from strength to strength.
 
Oh and i cannot wait for my Black Juggerknot Mini to arrive and ship. Best price around without any doubt. Order placed and sitting waiting on the edge of my seat.
 
Wow, JUST WOW.

@Pho3niX90 after sales service is just phenomenal. I placed an order for my favorite juice and thought I'd get 2 of the marked down juices he has in stock too. Proceeded to place my order and paid using the super easy and very convenient Zapper platform. Next morning my parcel is handed to me by a very friendly courier guy. Opened it and bam... Someone accidentally sent me Dinner Lady Mango Tart instead of Dinner Lady Orange Tart.

Now this has happened to me twice before when ordering from other vendors and I knew from experience with those two that I would have to send the item back before they replace it for me. I also had to pay for return shipping with those other two vendors.

I contacted @Pho3niX90 via Ecigssa PM system and he promptly sorted out the problem. Told me that under no circumstances should a client pay for a mistake made by a business, be it financial or time and also kindly told me to KEEP the mango tart (even though I offered multiple times to return it), and within 10 minutes I had an email from VapeDen telling me that another parcel is on the way. This morning I got my second parcel and he even added a pack of cotton in there.

@Pho3niX90 - You Sir are by far the best when it comes to customer satisfaction. Thank you so much for sorting this problem out with the utmost professionalism.
