Usb charging....need advice.

I have a Smok Osub 80w.

The USB port says 5v 1a.

Which would be the best way to charge it when a usb port on a computer is not nearby?

U plugged it into my twisps usb adaptor but it charges extremely slowly especially when battery level reaches 45%

What are my options?

I use a cigarette lighter usb adapter when my car is nearby.

You should invest in a 2A usb charger. It's much more reliable charging solution.

Usb charging from your pc is not recommended

Would have helped if th3 kit came with a proper charger and not just a usb cable. What are my best optuons till i get a decent charger?????

Check your cell phone charger, it might have the right specs. iPhone chargers are 5V-1A for example (or at least mine is).

Splice another usb tail onto your existing cord, that way you can use 2 usb ports, but with no pc or laptop you'll have to get some sort of capable powerbank.
I got one of those 1amp car cig lighter adapters from Midas but checking it under load shows that it only draws 500ma.
