I have something I want to order that only ships via USPS. Does USPS go through the post office?

You can alwasy ship from USPS to myusa.com, and let them forward via fedex or UPS. Just note that shipping will be a tad expensive. Around R600.
There is another option.
Shop and Ship or something to that effect. I think they are a lot cheaper and use Aramex couriers only.
And even with this, Customs still needs to clear the package. At least local delivery will not be affected by SAPO. Once it cleared customs, you are sorted!
