I'll tell you something for nothing, the best (fastest) charger I have right now is the board from a disposable soldered to a batt holder.
It beats my Nitecores of which Ive had 3 in the past and as soon as you pop in 2 batts in any nitecore, the charge current drops down to 500ma anyway.
The center board came out of a Aramax Power kit (tube mod) and charges at 950 ma, but you probably wont have any lying around.
The Nasty is a 16000 puffs and charges at 750ma, not too bad as a standby slot.

The one to get and more readily available is the Elf Bar 18000 which hits 800ma straight out of the plastic, no resistor mods needed.
Most of the dispos that Ive come across are still charging at 400 to 500ma when the meter/leds on the front say 100%.
Dont get the kak tube dispos with just a C type port at the bottom, they usually only have voltage divider resistors and are not something Id use on the daily.

Perhaps you have a vape shop nearby that has a recycle bin like Juicy Joes does, in which case the ones to look for usually have a lot of leds on a display.
