Vape King Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older residing in South Africa.
• Participants must like the official Vape King Facebook page to qualify for entry.
• Participants are also required to leave an honest Google review of Vape King as part of the entry process.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Vape King staff are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements

• To enter, participants must like the Vape King Facebook page during the competition period.
• Participants must leave an honest Google review of Vape King.
• Additional entries can be earned by:
  • Referring friends who also like the Vape King Facebook page (ensure they mention your name as the referrer).
  • Liking other Vape King social media pages as specified in the competition post.

Competition Period

• The competition begins on 14-01-2025 and ends at 11:59 PM on 31-03-2025.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Prizes

• 1st Prize: A R3500 Vape King voucher.
• 2nd Prize: Wotofo Nexpod Refillo Kit.
• 3rd Prize: Aspire Backpack and Cap.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected from the leaderboard of eligible entries within 7 days of the competition closing.
• Winners will be notified via direct message on Facebook and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
• If a winner does not respond within the allotted time, a new winner will be selected.

General Conditions

• By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
• Vape King reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and disqualify any participant found to violate the rules or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Vape King is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or incomplete referrals.

Privacy and Data Sharing

• Vape King uses ViralKit to manage and run the competition.
• Data provided by participants will be shared solely with ViralKit for the purpose of administering the competition.
• No personal data will be shared with any third parties for purposes other than the competition.
• Participants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting winners.

Modifications and Termination

• Vape King reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

Liability

• Vape King shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this competition or the acceptance and use of any prize.

I find it very frustrating that through the link in the E-Mail I received I have to agree to Meta AI and agree to apps talking to my Facebook profile both of which I am dead against. Until these conditions are removed I won't be "Liking" or "Following" VapeKing on Facebook.

vape king is just a glorified corner shop that basically only stocks disposables and like 5 other things

That is not acceptable to me and having to allow Meta AI access to my Social Media Accounts and web activity.
