Mine is a beautiful rosewood e-pipe, with a holder/stand/base ... whatever you call it.
I'm with you on the e-pipe, I still haven't found one that appeals to me though, I'm starting to think the only way I'm going to have a proper pipe is to make it myself

Actually playing around with designs in my head right now.... there goes my dream of having an early night tonight :-D

I've been designing the perfect epipe in my head for years

And still no prototype?

2 years back i also wanted to make a mech mod but i aint even got time to water my one pot plant.

Sadly the plant has passed on and been replaced with a artificial plant.

If you can create a airway in the mortess that bypasses the battery id say 75% of it will be done because a visible tank is what ruins an e pipe aesthetic for me

Have an internal battery instead of a 18650 perhaps ?

Should give you some more real estate ...

18350 or 18500 internal battery, just trying to figure out how to do the switch to be able to remove the battery for charging, that's part of why I jumped on the tanks from @BumbleBee , May try to convert one of my dads pipes. MIs him and mis them.

Unscrew where the draught hole connects to the shank perhaps

May be you don't have to remove the battery for charging.

This is a lithium battery for a drone. To charge it you connect it to a usb adapter.

You can use these batteries or u can spot weld the battery terminals with two wires and then make a small charging pin hole on the side of the pipe. You may have to make a custom charger to charge this setup, I can help you with that.

Maybe we should resurrect the e pipe thread on the site, see it has been lying dormant, and we won't destroy @Hooked thread. The wish can stay, the detail and discussions can travel there.

Starting this thread for us to discuss e-pipes and possible diy builds again. The nostalgia is hitting hard and there seems to be a lot of interest.

ag no man, you have fogged up rooms with rda's, rta's, rdta's and now you want to fog some more ?

never mind, tell me more ?

I have suddenly been getting these urges for a tobacco vape and been thinking that the optimal way to enjoy them may be to go to a pipe, for authenticity and also the cool factor. So I have a Kamry inbound, was on special as end of range at health cabin for investigative reasons.

And too much time on my hands while recovering got me to thinking of converting one of my late dads pipes for nostalgic reasons. Also saw this add that really got me thinking it may be a great idea. So now the quest begins and it seems I am not alone in my thinking.

awesome idea (congrats on the incoming kamry), read a post of yours somewhere about your dads pipes, geez, to think where we are now (with our mods), I think your idea is great, (no clue as to how you will do it, but) a great way to remember your dad man.

I agree, had to do the stop and light for him in the last couple of weeks, he was too weak. Best smoking sessions we ever had and a memory to be cherished for the rest of my life. So a conversion seems obvious for me to relive some of that. Going to take some time to put it together, but will be worth the effort imo.

Will definitely have to ring your doorbell when the thing takes off, thanks for the info. Bookmarked for future reference
