Coil builds are fine but I'm trying to wick but can't get it right is the wick to long to short to thick

What wick you using?
What atty?
What resistance of the coil?
What juice?
What power?
Long lung hits?

Ok, i dont have the Subtank Mini, so i cant really advise you

But some general pointers with cotton wick tightness:

Cotton wicks should not be too tight or too loose. If you pull it, it should move but there should be a little resistance. If you pull it straight out without any resistance then its too loose. If you pull it and it wants to deform your coil then its too tight.

Not sure on the rest but maybe the other subtank mini users will be able to advise

i had to reduce my wick thickness a bit after getting a couple of dry hits it seemed the juice was not being absorbed quick enough with the subtank mini wicking seems that less is more the juice in the mouth issue may me too high wattage on the subtank mini that's what i found using it for a week now i was getting a burnrd tounge from the juice at high wattage 30w plus i know its not high compared to the other mods out there butt seems the case on the mini
