Introduction
Wismec start 2019 by simultaneously releasing the Sinuous V200 and V80 devices both paired with the Amor NSE, a economic direct lung and mouth to lung tank. The devices both use transparent plastic as a material giving them a similar style but there are other differences as well as one being a single 18650 device with a max wattage of 80w and the other a dual 18650 device with a max wattage of 200w. They have different menu's with the V80 having mode options and then loads of combo button features, the V200 uses mode icons then a further settings menu for both wattage and TC modes, also bypass mode is only available on the V80. Both are plastic devices but made very well so lets give the pair a look!

Aesthetics and Ergonomics
Both devices came in the usual cardboard box packaging with outer sleeve that Wismec products come in and on opening both boxes i was met by devices both using transparent plastic as a main material. I received the Green V80 device which has a Green transparent body with the front being more transparent than the sides and spine (on the sides and spine it's more translucent rather than transparent). On the front we have a large Silver rectangular fire button top, then screen central and at the bottom round Silver navigational buttons followed by the micro USB port, in the background the PCB can clearly be seen which i think looks quite cool. The V2OO has a Black plastic Chassis and side panels made of the same transparent plastic material as seen on the V80. The panels on the V200 (one fixed, one removable to fit the batteries) are transparent enough so through the battery panel you can see batteries, ribbon and magnets, the panels have a honeycomb effect design. The front of the V200 has a round Silver button towards the top, then screen central and at the bottom round Silver navigational buttons followed by the micro USB port. Both devices are very lightweight and the V80 is extremely ergonomic, for devices made of plastic both are well made and in my opinion look aesthetically appealing. The V80 comes in Black, Red, Yellow and Green, the V200 comes in Magenta, Black, Green and Red.

Amor NSE Overview
The Amor NSE is an economical version of the Amor tank. Drip tip, top-cap, tube section and airflow control ring are all plastic but the main base section is Stainless Steel. We saw a few disposable tanks be released and this was swiftly followed by "economical" tanks like this. Unlike disposable tanks the coils can be changed and should have enough durability so they last a reasonable length of time making them economic as they are much cheaper than all metal tanks. I have to say out of all the disposable and economic tanks that i have used the Amor NSE is the best by far, build quality, aesthetically and performance wise. The drip tip is a standard 510 fitting so you can use other drip tips, the tank has top-fill and slides open with really nice resistance and when sliding shut it secures with a satisfying click. Opening the top-cap reveals the plastic tube has a solid plastic top with a generous kidney shaped cutout for filling, where to push the top-cap is marked. The coil screws into the metal base then the top of the coil screws on to the small air pipe securing the base into position and sealing the plastic tube with an o-ring. The Amor NSE comes pre-installed with a direct lung mesh coil which has a 0.27ohm resistance and is rated between 30w and 60w, best between 35w and 45w. What i like about the Amor NSE is it is suitable for both direct lung and mouth to lung and the other supplied coil is the 1.3ohm resistance MTL coil which is rated between 8w and 14w. The tank has a single slot airflow which if you keep turning there is 2 holes so you can use the slot for direct lung or use 2 or 1 holes for mouth to lung.

Fitting the Battery/Batteries
The Sinuous V80 has a bottom hatch door which just needs pulling outwards and then it lifts up revealing a battery compartment with loads of light due to the device's translucent material so no issues with seeing the well marked battery orientation. The door fastens securely and there is no rattle from door or battery whatsoever.
The Sinuous V200 has a removable battery side panel which can be removed with the help of a little notch at the base of the device. Orientation is marked in White so stands out clearly, we have a battery ribbon to help with battery removal and the panel fits in place very securely with the help of large magnets top and bottom, again no movement or rattle whatsoever.

The Display
The Display on both device's is sharp and bright and the layout of the main screen is old school (still preferred by many) and identical on both devices. To the left of the display we have a battery status bar positioned vertically. Next to the battery bar we have the resistance at the top, then the voltage followed by the amps at the bottom which can be changed to puffs of time vaped. The right of the display shows the wattage or temperature and mode information.
___________________________________________________________________
Navigating the Sinuous V80
To turn the device on and off is the usual 5 clicks of the fire button and the device comes on instantly. Navigating the V80 is a breeze, to enter the menu system is 3 clicks of the fire button which brings up a screen which has the current mode, you can now scroll through the different modes using the navigational buttons. The options are Wattage, Bypass, Temperature Ni, Temperature Ti, Temperature SS, Temp M1, Temp M2 and finally Temp M3. Everything else is done via combo button presses, the first being up and down together locks and unlocks the device but when locked it will still fire. When in wattage up and fire together causes the subpara to flash this can now be altered using up and down the options are amps, puffs or time vaped, when in temp control the same up and fire combination locks and unlocks the resistance. Fire and down together is for setting stealth mode on or off and the final thing that can be altered with the device on is setting wattage for temp control, to do this press the fire button 4 times now the temperature changes to wattage which can be altered, once set the display goes back to temperature. With the device turned off we have more features, up and down together flips the display, up and fire shows the remaining voltage on the battery and finally down and fire is where we can set our temperature memory slots. When setting memory slots you can input TCR value and set wattage and duration of preheat.
Navigating the Sinuous V200
To turn the device on and off is the usual 5 clicks of the fire button and the device comes on instantly. Navigating the V200 is different to the V80 but still easy to get around. 3 clicks of the fire button shows a row of icons representing the modes which are Wattage, Temperature Ni, Temperature Ti, Temperature SS, Temp M1, Temp M2 and finally Temp M3, when the mode you want is highlighted just press the fire button to select. When in wattage pressing fire and down together brings up another row of icons which represent the following, back (go back to main screen), subpara (choose between amps puffs or seconds vaped), stealth (on or off), preheat (set wattage and duration), logo (on or off), and finally icons for device and battery information. When in temp control pressing fire and down again brings up a row of icons similar to what we got when in wattage mode but now preheat is missing but lock resistance has been added. Pressing up and down together locks and unlocks the device but when locked the device still fires, the only other feature i could find on the V200 was when the device is off up and down together flips the screen.

My Experience Using The Kits
With the same tank and same coils coming with both devices i tried both coils on both devices but used the same tank. I don't vape in temp control and only used the devices with the supplied Amor NSE. I like these devices for plastic budget devices they performed great with the supplied tank and both look really nice in my opinion. You will get better MTL and DL tanks but after all it's a plastic economic tank trying to be a Jack of all trades and it does both adequately also the flavour from both coils is surprisingly good. The draw with the MTL coil even with just 1 hole is slightly airy but personally i don't like a super tight draw. When using with the direct lung coil it was a restricted hit and i found the coil at it's best at 45w. I like the fact that quite low wattage coils and a low wattage tank was supplied with the V200 as a lot of vapers prefer dual battery devices for the extra battery capacity not the wattage. Personally i prefer the V80 which is super ergonomic and i love being able to see the PCB. Both devices will accommodate a 26mm atty without overhang and both have 2A charging. If there is anything i would change about the devices is they would be better if they could use 21700 battery / batteries.
