Clone or Authentic?

Few times seen in the classifieds that people advertise for example a Sxk atty and mark it as authentic.
Made me wonder. If you sell a clone and for exqmple say Skyfall clone and you mark it as clone, I understand.
But if you say Sxk Skyfall, do you then say authentic, as it is an authentic clone made by Sxk?

The way I understand marking things as clone/authentic in the Classifieds is as follows:

If its a copy of an authentic by another manufacturer, ie a SXK Skyfall for example, then its a clone. Typically the clone product is considerably cheaper than the authentic.

If SXK makes their own device which is not a copy of another device - ie. their own original product, then it would be authentic.
