I just wanted to say thanks for the awesome service I got from Vapour Mountain! This post is a bit late, but work has kept me pretty swamped under.
So about 3/4 weeks ago, I ordered some stuff from VM including 100ml of Tropical Ice(which is fantastic btw). Upon receiving my package, I found that the courier managed to smash that 100ml bottle so hard that it broke and messed everywhere. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed at the couriers.
I sent VM a message, just asking whether we could take the courier to task for this, as they shouldn't be treating people's stuff like this.
2 days later, I received a brand new bottle of the sweet gloriousness that is Tropical Ice from VM. This was totally unnecessary from them! I just wanted the courier to be in trouble. It was their fault.
