for that price if you looking at a beginner mod you shouldn't be looking in the classifieds! If you looking single cell a new Pico with tank and batt will fit in that budget, just an example but plenty of options, check the vendor list and see what they got. Evic VTC mini was one of my most used and most reliable mods ever, still use it at times so see if you can find some info online to troubleshoot your prob. Maybe a software update could help as well.
