. I`ve been tinkering with the idea of using wine barrels for steeping for some time now
. I keep looking at this but then think to my self...2L might be a bit too much. I still need to make my first 30ml of DIY

This is a basic design of them .
You need to have each slot cut with alternating 45degree slopes for them to lock into place.
