;( Still not on the VK site. I ordered some directly from the manufacturer, but, they took almost 3 weeks to just ship it. Now with Chinese new year, it won't even leave that country for another week or so, and then of course have to deal with our own wonderful customs and postal service! ;(

As I said ... This was going to stir a bit! ;-) I have been vaping since almost the inception of vaping. Know MANY vapers. NEVER heard of any issue like this before this 1 incident. 98% sure it was ID 10 T error. ;-)
