Theoretically.... Would monitor for heat though.A second Sub would be better. just make sure the amp can drive the speakers. You may destroy the stereo effect though as the Sub 'centre' would be receiving both left and right signals.

The change in reading can also be due to gunk building on the coils, give them a clean an a dry burn. The Evod reading non I get too. this can be solved by using something to gently lift the centre pin on the MVP a tiny bit.
