Kimbo, firstly let me make it clear that I have no control over anybody either on or off this forum, (with the possible exception of my own children, and even that I'm not sure about)
Secondly referring to others as "Kids" is not a way to begin respectful dialogue, isn't name calling part of...
Unfortunately, Giz, therein lies the problem, PM would be a lack of transparency for the community.
Public discussion is the only way forward, obviously with respect and without outright personal attacks, which is why I raised the issue of perception in the first place.
Alex, my problem with this is perception, please allow me to explain,
If a portion of the community perceives a staff member to have been acting in a manner, lets call it "unbecoming", and presents proof as evidence for dialogue, will this be perceived by the admin and/or mod team as an attack...
I have not watched the video, but I am vaguely aware of the scole experiment, (if it is the same one from the nineties), personally I am not convinced. There appears to have been an appalling lack of controls in place for such an experiment, especially one conducted by "scientists"...
Seems it's true what they say, South Africa's biggest export really is taxpayers. :)
I'll be back in England myself by about Feb. next year, looking forward to Euro VapeCon's.
Awesome, now I don't need to drive all the way to the southern suburbs when I need something, will this be a full service store or juice only?
And either way, will the new store carry 5P?
Just a caution here guys, for those of you that may not know, xylitol is not good for dogs, it's great for humans but it destroys a dog's liver.
Please keep your xylitol where your dogs cant get at it and don't feed them any treats containing xylitol...
And therein lies the problem, for people worldwide living where marijuana is not legal, lawmakers can now say "we have no idea what you are vaping and cannot be expected to police/test everyone's PV, so we're banning all vaping, in public or everywhere."
Politicians/lawmakers love easy...
@Silver thanks for your impressions, always interesting to read.
Interestingly I had quite the opposite experience with the lemo drop.
As you may recall, I was very enamored of the atlantis originally, but since I got my lemo drop I have barely touched the atlantis, besides side by side...
If ramp time for a mech is your concern, consider a staged parallel coil, just like a normal parallel coil but with 2 different gauge wires.
Try 32 and 26 in parallel, gives a quick ramp up on the 32 with the 26 taking over slightly later.
This will be trial and error to find your desired...
No prob's @Arthster did not see it as argumentative, you were clear about creating debate, nothing wrong with that.
Your viewpoint is not wrong, its just different to mine, as is @Silver 's experiences above, neither of us are right or wrong, our experiences are just different, mine do not...
@Arthster what Alex is doing is not only good, it's vital, he keeps us updated on vaping issues from around the world, he brings many things to our attention that may have gone unnoticed by many of us.
As for the rest of your post, I respectfully disagree, many of your suggestions and examples...
Thanks Alex, nice article.
A few months ago I would have agreed wholeheartedly with the ideas expressed in the reddit post and the website, but I'm starting to change my mind.
When I go out I have always acted like a smoker, only vaping in areas where smoking is allowed, sitting in the smoking...
I have done similar with about three different juices between magma and freakshow drippers and compared them to the atlantis, and while I cant say that I have tasted the wicking material in the atlantis, the flavour is slightly muted in the atlantis when compared to a dripper.
Drippers were...
@free3dom The iStick is a great starter device, I would continue recommending this device as a starter. Many people will not even notice what I have mentioned. The size, shape and button placement alone of the iStick make it preferable for most people.
My experiences apply to me and...
My experience has been similar, both myself and @KimH have both iStick's and Mvp 2's and we both prefer the Mvp 2 over the iStick.
I have used an Evod 1, Aerotank Mini, Aerotank Mega, Gladius and a Nauti Mini, to name a few across both, and the MVP 2 is still my preferred power source between...

Bought myself one of these a few months back and happened to notice another guy at our local vape meet last night showed up with an identical box also used as his vape kit box. (He'd never seen mine)
It has separated compartments in the...
W.r.t. preferring stainless steel, spare a thought for electrical conductivity.
I personally prefer the look of stainless myself, I don't like the patina'd look on either copper or brass tubes and the cleaning to keep them shiny is way too much effort.
Check out the electrical conductivity...
Thanks, Johan mentioned the grand, so that's 3ml of juice on a battery.
Was curious to see how ml's of juice in the Reo compared to my Atlantis use, it appears to be about the same, one full tank, (2.5ml) and a bit, sometimes one and a half max before swapping batteries.
