Having never ordered from them, I was a bit sceptical but took the plunge. All I can say is they didn't just go the extra mile, they paved it too.
What makes a vendor good is stock, what makes them brilliant is customer service and real time feedback, any problems dealt with immediately and kindness.
Well that's Stephan and Alice. I will always buy from them in my rotation now.
