hi there all

i recently bought myself two arctic crea sqounk mech mods and i have been so badly wanting to use them but only just yesterday went and got the rda that put on them i went with the vapefly pixie rda 22mm .... which comes with coils included i have put one in the rda and on my ohm reader it is coming in at 0.30 ohm
i also bought Samsung INR 25R 2500 mAh 20A 18650 with it

i just want to be double sure that i will be safe in these figures and that i have worked it out correctly as per the stream engine battery drain calculator screenshot attached

Yes, just make sure your coil is in tight and check it on a regulated mod(if you have one) before you put it on the mech.

Should be fine @Angelus - I agree with @CTRiaan
Your amp draw is 14A as per the steamengine - and the battery has a CDR (max continuous discharge rating) of 20A - so there is a good safety margin.

Let us know how it goes and how it vapes!

Go ahead. If you feel somethings off check everything again.

I run a 0.35Ohm coil in my Dead Rabbit with my RAM squonker using Samsung 25r. Works extremely well but the battery does drain fairly quickly.

Sorry all for the late reply just only now had a chance to put it on my regulated mod and had some hotspots issues and after that she’s now sitting at 0.45 ohm and resting at 4.28 volts

Gonna move her over now on to the device

What coil is it at 0.45ohm?

How’s it firing and vaping so far?

Um huh ? Why is there a gap?

I have made the sqounk pin as tight as I can as well at the rda is as far as it goes

Checkz the mod 510 maybe it can still go down a bit.if not then it's not all bad.it saves the mod from attyrash.
You could also get a plastic catch cup to go under your rda to fill the void.

attyrash :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl: thats freaking funny lol

eh "plastic catch cup" never heard of that in my life lol will have a look tho thanks for the tips

in terms of vape she vape well i happy with it so far just new rda so got to get the cotton down properly while brushing out the firebolt cotton i think is it quite tightly packed and i think next time it need a real good thining out.
the pixie very easy to build on i vaping with the three airflow holes fully open and is still restrictive for me think i will try that full open piece that it comes with , maybe with the cotton thinned out and the other air flow piece it wont be so restrictive.

but the mod fires well and yeah nothing bad to say

@Resistance ok so I adjusted the 510 on the other one I got. Dropped it down and put the rda on and then tightened the 510 back up so then they meetup eh if that makes sense

Not sure if I'm misunderstanding your post, but the 510 pin on the crea is adjustable. Look on the inside of the 510 (where the rda screws in). Just adjust that up until the rda sits flush and fires. Enjoy the Crea. Lately I'm using mine more than my Pulse 80w

See where the 510 has a little slot cut in? Adjust that with a flat screwdriver to make the RDA sit flush. ;)
