If you aren't inquiring about the sale then please just fail to respond. Nobody has to negotiate if they don't want to so why does he have to state that its non negotiable? I honestly feel that every seller here has a reason as to how they price their goods, whether you and I think its too high, let him be. His sale, his thread, give him what he wants, or take a hike.
