Alright, folks, let’s talk about the Blaze Pro Max RTA from Thunderhead Creations. Before we dive in, I want to address something upfront—I originally wrote a fluffier version of this preview, but after some solid feedback from the community, I realized I was being lazy. That won’t happen again. These previews aren’t just about hype and sales (I’m not getting paid for them or my reviews). They’re here to start real conversations about the products we use.
Now, onto the Blaze Pro Max RTA. I used the original Blaze RTA, and I’ll be honest—I loved it. I personally tend to prefer bottom airflow because, in my experience, it delivers better flavor. But the original Blaze, despite being top airflow, surprised me in a big way. If the Blaze Pro Max is anything close to its predecessor, we might just have a solid contender on our hands.

Who’s It For?
Whether you’re a cloud chaser, a flavor fiend, or someone looking for a high-performance RTA, the Blaze Max Pro aims to tick all the boxes.

What I’m Curious About
Flavor Performance – Top airflow usually means sacrificing a bit of flavor density. The first Blaze handled it well, so can the Pro Max do even better?
Build Quality – Thunderhead Creations generally delivers solid construction, but we’ll have to see if they’ve made any improvements.
Ease of Building – A postless deck can be fantastic or frustrating, depending on the execution.
Final Thoughts (For Now)
The Blaze Pro Max RTA has some strong points on paper, and if it lives up to the original Blaze RTA, we could be looking at another winner. But I won’t know for sure until I get my hands on it and put it through its paces. Expect a full, honest review once I’ve had time to build on it, vape it, and see if it truly delivers.
What do you think? Is this one on your radar, or are you waiting for the verdict before making a move?
