Blue Vaporesso Gen

Is anybody else experiencing the same.
My blue Vaporesso Gen has changed colour literally from blue to purple

Wierd part of this is I have the red, black and blue one all from the same time period but only the blue one has changed colour the other two have not.

I have seen this happen to my friends as well,purple looks cool though

Jip. Mine looks 110% like yours.
Did u also had some liquid spills from your rta over a period off time? I had a rough patch wicking my profile unity to prevent it from leaking. Might be my colour change reason

Nope no spills
Other people have summized that it could be from the sweat on ones hand holding the mod. I don't agree with that theory either as the entire blue colour is fading uniformally over the whole mod and not just where your hand holds it.
Reference to the picture above showing the 510 pin and the top section of the mod proves it cannot be from hand holding

My guess is that the paint is maybe getting oxidized as I can see that the covered area under the atty has pretty much conserved its colour. Interesting though...

Saw this on someone else's mod yesterday as well.
The purple looks tops though, better than the standard purple.

I agree with you on that it definetly looks like oxidization
What is strange though is that neither the black one or red one appears to be doing it. Well not yet

I just pray like hell the red one doesn't go pink then I gonna freak out.

This is sweet! I wanted to wait for the purple but got the blue, hoping mine does the same then again when I'm bored of the purple it becomes full black! So interesting, maybe this vrek hot weather we're experiencing in the 011.

I know that the other guy who raised the issue (he emailed the manufacturer) has indicated that they said they will ship him a new device.

I am by no means complaining or looking for recourse..
That said what is niggling on my mind is does it stop here at the purple or will this fade further into a washed out lylac or some other washed out dirty look

My Blue Gen has also changed its colour to Purple. So much for having a matched setup with my blue Kylin M :/

So sorry for your trouble, there might be the ingredient issue of the blue color. Our engineers and factory already notice that and fix this in the following mass production. Kindly contact our customer service if they can make some compensation to u. Sorry for that again

For the record my black one hasn’t changed colours yet
