You describe the condition of the LG HG2 battery as "great"

However i see in the photo provided what appears to be some damage in the battery wrap at the top of the battery.

What happened there?

Combo sold. @Silver it's a slight dent in the wrap, not on battery itself. From putting in my Mod and removing.. Guess it happens regularly? As for the battery life, it's still in great condition.

Hasnt happened to any of my LG HG2 batteries.

You say a "slight dent".
From the photo - maybe its just the angle or the light - it looks like there is a hole right through!

Maybe you can upload another photo or two to see it more clearly

In any event, that battery probably needs to be rewrapped

Just am weary of batteries with dents or damage to their casing.

The potential buyer needs to know about this and know how to rewrap, if necessary
