OK.Guys,seems the tolerances were slightly out.
Push the plug in place and hold.It will create smooth marks on the plugs corners.Then use a small file and just slowly file these corners on all 4 sides.
That will fix it.

Yeah I started while waiting for a reply and figured it out... Only had to do 2 opposite corners though not all 4
OK.I think all could be different.I went with all 4.
Ok I just did the second one and I had to do 3 so I guess each one is different. File a bit then check again.
P.S> I do have a spare if anyone needs one... It's already filed down
From what I gather at least ten percent of their batch is faulty, am I the only one who finds this unacceptable??

OK there is bad news and there is good news and there is more good news.
The bad news is that almost all the plugs are slightly out... the good news is that with a nail file you can follow the instructions above and fix them... and the better news is they are going to replace them all.
