And if I really wanted to go all out, I could post the picking slip from the courier showing the time your parcel arrived versus the first mail I sent you stating everything that is wrong with the parcel.

(5min is Not much time between the two to f@ck your stuff up)

The nice thing about my line of work is I deal with guys like you all the time.
And I've learned to keep all my bases covered. Don't state something if you can't prove it.

That looks like aramax.
Ive had HE mechs coming in with few wraps of bubble wraps with no box without a single scratch.

Doubt it was damaged in transit.
 
i Have seen that mod setup and was in good condition. i put an offer to purchase but i guess it was too low. however i have bought a lot of vape gear from this member and not once have i been disappointed.
 
If i look at how Shabbar packaged it and how u recieved it. Lookes to me someone in transit opened package and fcked something up big time. Just my 2 cents . After assesing both your picks this argument is confusing

No it was in bubble wrap. I opened it and took the picture when I saw what it looked like
 
@jpzx12rturbo and @shabbar I really do hope you guys manage to sort this out amicably.
I won't say who's right and who's wrong but based on the pics provided I have to say:
-in the pictures sent by @shabbar the top cap isn't on the mod,
-there's no pictures in @shabbar ad of the black top cap of the rda that @jpzx12rturbo showed is dinged up, but rather the blue one only, even with the black chamber.
-The ad mentions the condition was a 9.9/10 which, in my opinion even if everything else was perfect, is null and void if a scratch on the mod was covered by a sticker and no mention of it was made in the ad, the sticker surely was there for a reason.

Dude you making this worst then it really is, I offered you a resolution immediately after you msgd me that you were not happy did I not? , You refused and said you will make a plan and sort it out and now almost 2 weeks later this ?
 
Since the 1st post @jpzx12rturbo did not 'really' want to resolve the issue with @shabbar. He wants to take a knock and sell. The members who spured him on to 'name and shame' fueled up something that was not suppose to happen. To me this is shady both ways as everytime someone suggest @jpzx12rturbo does something about he, he resorts to 'no its fine I just want to sell it'.. what does that tell u??? If that was me I would be on my high horse and @shabbar would most definitely not get away with it ... so in the end what I can sum up is that something genuinely doesn't add up either side. Mods should rather close up this discussion because it's just goin to get worse and worse. To the members, everyone is entitled to their right to purchase or not purchase from whom the choose. It is at ur own discretion if u want to boycott @shabbar or not, but taking sides without knowing what 'really' went down is not right as both a long standing members and it's not the 1st time @shabbar sold something on the forum. So all in all I think it's best they sort it out between themselves and stop the bashing of each other openly as AGAIN .. NO ONE WAS WITH SHABBA WHEN HE SENT IT NOR WAS ANYONE WITH JPZX12RTURBO WHEN HE RECEIVED IT. so technically no one has the right to pick a side and shame the other. .

Hyperthetically speaking. .. what if @jpzx12rturbo received it, excitedly opened it and wants it assembled to try it out and whilst his busy,the mod slips and falls ,creating a terrible scratch on the side.. and out of shock he tries to disassemble it and realise he over tightened the rda. Now in a state, he thinks, geez what have I done, wait a minute I just received it, let's take a pic and pretend it's how I received it and blame @shabbar who is goin to truthfully deny it as he knws condition packed in, and then it's the courier who gets blamed. So let's try to see if @shabbar will take the responsibility and refund me.... and vice versa. . could go either way honestly and @shabbar possibly could have felt bad and did the refund and this would have never surfaced. Everyone here I'm sure would try there luck before accepting what happen if it were the case...

Vape Wars, the revenge of the key board warriors :). The only people who will know what exactly happened will be the buyer and the seller. So the rest is and will purly be hypothetic speculation and/or unfounded opinions, or trolling ....like i just did.

Looking at both parties history on the forum I am sure this is a speedbump and will be sorted out in the end.
