So if you have RSVP'ed for a few people and in your list there are one or two other forum members that you have RSVP'ed for, rather ask them to RSVP under their own forum name.
The reason has to do with prizes on the day but we are working through this behind the scenes and will announce this as well as vendors and competitions soon

will get my friend to register and rsvp but he will only be back tomorrow to do it is that ok ?

Just a headsup to attendees, if you have not RSVP'ed yet, please do so by going to the original post in this thread and clicking on the blue button. It is going to be important since we will be using the names of the RSVPs for random draws on the day. We also want to make name tags for all of you and have them ready beforehand.
