my q is, how do you work out your coil now that u have the wire how many wraps is 0.5 ohm. my simple calculator dont seport thease fancy wires.

Current will flow through the path of least resistance... so with Clapton’s the thin outer wire won’t change the resistance of your coil.. so fused Clapton you can treat as a parallel, single Clapton as a normal wire etc

Hey. Aliens are really tricky. You do the same stretch but they never turn out the same!!! Bottom line is: practice makes perfect (sometimes!). Just keep at it, it will get easier over time. 1 of my 3x26g core wrapped with 34g... keep at it
