I could get away with No.1 wrt power for 90+% of my vaping, however, as I'm more interested in battery life, (and the ability to pop on a DL tank if the urge arose), my preference would be no's. 2 or 3.

Vaping at 36W on a 40W device will shorten batt life, Im not a fan of internal batteries, so No4 the Power 2C would be my choice. (2 x 18650's)
