Has anyone used EMS before when buying from Fasttech? I've received the following message, but don't really know what to make of it. It says Pickup, but then also says out for delivery. I'm confused. This is my first time using them.

By the way, there's nothing at the post office. Was there 3 times already. No use trying to call EMS offices. Tried for more than an hour to get through. No luck.

I have not used EMS from Fasttech, but I have used it a few times before for various other parcels from Japan.
They actually delivered my parcel to my house, which was a first for me. Since I didn't think the post office actually delivered parcels.

I recently received a FT order where we used EMS, delivery took 2 weeks. It was delivered to my local PO and I received a slip to collect.
Funnily enough I had the parcel in my hand while the 17track app still showed it as in transit...

I used them once. You must send a email to jimc customs to speed things up. Don't phone them. They normally reply to a email within 24 hours. The parcel will be delivered at your nearest post office
