This reminds me of something which happened in my town. There was a problem with the accounts at the vet - something didn't balance. For two days the vet and both receptionists tried to figure it out, to no avail. In walks Sam, the cleaner. He takes one look and immediately points out the problem.
Sam is a qualified accountant from Zimbabwe who is now the cleaner at the vet. Can you imagine doing this for a living when you're a qualified accountant? I think it's heartbreaking, yet he always has a smile on his face - because he has a job.
