@zadiac Then you need to go to any small town in China, where you can choose which chicken you want from the ones hopping around on the pavement and wait while they chop its head off for you. Or choose your fish from the ones swimming around in a big tub, also on the pavement. But you'd have to be up pretty early, because these are the morning markets, held from about 5 - 6.30.
