I started doing that when I was in my 20's as I really did have a good one and a bad one. Well, still do, but I hurt my left knee and had to get an op and it was never the same after that.
Both knees, one is the Rottweiler knee, he thought it was a chew toy, the other is Locust 1‘s knee, one cricket ball later.
